"Bio-one responded emediately to our needs. Such a tremendous help and kept me updated with every step of the way during the clean up. Not sure what we would have done without the help of Bio-One. I strongly recommend this company !! Thank you again Roxana!"

After the loss of a family member the scene needed to be cleaned legally and ethically proper. This company was the BEST in all aspects. I called on a Sunday morning, they were there as quick as they could, Roxana was the initial contact, and helped me through the process from start to finish. The tech, Pablo and his assistant were so professional from the second they arrived. The extensive work required was overwhelming, the guys were efficient. I slept much better that night knowing it was done right. Many, many thanks to Bio-One!!

Had Bio-One come out to help our family with an odor issue in our home. They ended up finding mold buildup behind our water heater. They safetly removed the buildup and we have had no odor problems since.

Bio-One is an outstanding company! Very professional! Very thorough! I had a late evening emergency, they showed up within the hour to see if they could help tackle the project. They started work the following morning and seen the project through to the very end. Roxana and her team were wonderful to work with and very responsive. I would definitely use their services again!

This is an impeccable team of professionals. From beginning to end. They should teach seminars to doctors, lawyers Indian Chief's and everything in between that it is possible, doable and imperative to just go ahead and step up and do the right things at the right times... roll the sleeves up and get the j-o-b done. I am so grateful for the amazing good fortune of their taking over my clean up and move. Unparalleled, exemplary and such a calming present demeanor. Thank you thank you thank you...

    FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

    What is Hoarding?
Hoarding is a behavioral pattern characterized by the excessive acquisition of and inability to discard large quantities of objects that cover the living areas of a home and cause significant distress or impairment.

Compulsive hoarding behavior has been associated with health risks, economic burdens, and adverse effects on personal relationships. When clinically significant enough to impair functioning, hoarding can prevent typical uses of space so as to limit basic daily activities like moving through the home, eating, and sleeping. It can also put people at risk due to increased risks of injury, fire, and disease.
Why Hire Bio-One of Marion County To Cleanup Your Hoarding Residence?
Bio-One of Marion County prioritize concern for the well being of our customers and their families, always following our slogan, “Help First, Business Second.” Bio-One of Marion County soundly reject the business-first mindset of other companies who see people and their families asking for help as vulnerable and exploit the economic opportunity. Our primary goal is to help people improve their lives and begin the process of moving forward.
What Makes Bio-One of Marion County Different From Other Hoarding Cleanup Companies?
Bio-One of Marion County sets itself apart from other hoarding cleanup companies in four distinct ways:

Bio-One of Marion County come to give on-site estimates, never blind, inflated estimates over the phone. This allows us to give an accurate estimate and scope of work.

Bio-One of Marion County do not give bait & switch quotes. Unlike other companies that lowball their estimates and then ratchet the price up as the job progresses, our experience and expertise allows us to give accurate estimates that reflect what the job will cost.

Bio-One of Marion County are truly a local company, the owners and employees all call the Marion County area home, too. Other companies take your call from outside our community, and then subcontract your job out to some workers who are neither hoarding specialists nor trained professionals. Many times the contracting company does not even know the subs they have hired.

Bio-One of Marion County respond to a hoarding cleanup request immediately because we are locally based. We're not heading into the area, we're already here.
Does Bio-One of Marion County Share Information About Or Notify Any Other Entity Regarding A Hoarding Matter?
Bio-One of Marion County goes to great lengths to ensure your privacy and our discretion. For starters, we use unmarked vehicles and we don’t suit up outside whenever possible. We’re also good at gently, but firmly, shooing away nosy neighbors and we don’t answer their probing questions.

Does Bio-One of Marion County Offer Any Maintenance Or Follow Up Service After The Initial Hoarding Cleanup?
Yes. Bio-One of Marion County offers a regularly-scheduled maintenance program where Bio-One of Marion County return to the residence or property after the initial cleanup and perform follow up services to ensure that it remains in the state it was when we completed the job.
Do I Have To Get A Maid Service After You Are Done To Clean The Property?
Yes. While the original hoarding cleanup will result in the removal of all necessary/requested items, the hoarding residence will still be in need of a thorough and detailed cleaning, due to the effects caused by the original hoarding situation. Bio-One of Marion County offers a detailed cleaning program to anyone who's interested.
